menghianati dengan cara berselingkuh terhadap lelaki lain. Padahal durhaka
kepada suami merupakan salah satu perbuatan yang dilaknat.
Lalu, jika
seorang istri yang mendurhakai suaminya apakah shalatnya tidak diterima?
Dikutip dari ruangmuslimah, Dari Abu Umamah radhiallahu ‘anhu bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Ada tiga golongan yang shalat mereka tidak melewati telinga-telinga mereka, yaitu budak yang melarikan diri dari tuannya sampai ia kembali kepada tuannya, istri yang melewati malam hari sementara suaminya marah kepadanya, dan seseorang yang mengimami suatu kaum sementara mereka tidak suka kepadanya.” (HR. At-Tirmidzi no. 360 dan dihasankan Al-Albani rahimahullah dalam Shahih Sunan At-Tirmidzi, Al-Misykat no. 1122, Shahihul Jami’ no. 3057)
Dari hadist diatas terdapat kata “Tidak melewati telinga-telinga mereka” ini menandakan jika shalat mereka tidak diterima dengan penerimaan yang sempurna, atau tidak diangkat kepada Allah sebagaimana diangkatnya amal shalih. As-Suyuthi berkata dalam kitab Qutun Al-Mughtadzi, “Maksudnya shalat mereka tidak diangkat ke langit, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam hadis Ibnu Abbas radhiallahu ‘anhu yang diriwayatkan Ibnu Majah, “Kami tidak mengangkat shalat mereka ke atas kepala mereka walau satu jengkal.”
Ini merupakan ungkapan yang menunjukkan tidak diterimanya shalat mereka.
(Keterangan Al-Mubarokfuri dalam Tuhfatul Ahwadzi, 2:290 – 291)
Makna: “Orang yang mengimami suatu kaum dalam keadaan mereka tidak suka kepadanya” maksudnya adalah ketidak-sukaan karena alasan agama, misalnya imamnya adalah orang yang fasik, atau sebenarnya tidak layak jadi imam. Imam Al-Munawi mengatakan, “Imam ini shalatnya batal karena dia tercela secara syariat, misalnya karena kefasikan atau bid’ah, atau terlalu menggampangkan masalah najis, atau meninggalkan salah satu rukun dan wajib shalat…” (Faidhul Qadir, 3:324).
Akan tetapi jika ada imam yang baik, agamanya bagus, menjalankan sunah, namun ada sebagian orang yang tidak menyukainya karena alasan yang tidak dibenarkan, misalnya karena perbedaan pendapat, maka ketidak-sukaan ini tidak menyebabkan batalnya shalat imam. Sebagaimana keterangan Ibnu Qudamah, “Jika imam agamanya bagus, mengikuti sunah, kemudian ada jamaah yang tidak suka karena prinsip agamanya itu maka dia tidak dimakruhkan untuk menjadi imam.” (Al-Mughni, 2:32).
